They’ve whittled it down to two dog breeds in their quest to fulfill Barack’s pre-election promise to his daughters (the one that said if Acorn came thru and bought him the election, he’d give the kids a dog.) It’s likely going to be either a Portuguese Water Dog or a Labradoodle. And of course the plan is to VERY PUBLICLY obtain the family pet from a shelter as further proof that Obama can save not just you, America, but the entire world.x
On a side note, I learned that Obama's marshmallowy Senator friend, Ted Kennedy, owns two Portuguese Water Dogs, Sunny and Splash. I’ll let you make your own jokes about Ted Kennedy owning WATER dogs and - even more laughable - that one is named 'Splash'.
